Doctor Ou-Yang is amazing!! She helped me take care of issues I’ve been having for years in one appointment. It’s so nice to be listened to, cared for and informed. I can’t recommend her enough! She is amazing! All the staff that helps along the way is always great too.

Dr. Ou-Yang is amazing! I had been struggling with fibroids and major health issues related to them for nearly eight months and couldn’t get anyone to really take my concerns seriously until I made a change in clinics and started seeing Dr. Ou-Yang at Western OB/GYN. She did not just brush my concerns aside. Instead she truly listened to all the things that I had experienced and believed me when I told her what was abnormal for me. Even when things I was experiencing were not common symptoms, she never made me feel like those symptoms didn’t matter or weren’t real. She made me feel heard and genuinely cared for. She explained things extremely well, made sure I understood the pros and cons of procedures she recommended and made sure I felt comfortable with everything we had talked about each time I saw her. She had a plan of action after my very first visit with her and implemented it immediately, which was a big deal to me! She is also very good about addressing concerns via messaging on the my chart app. I don’t think there are enough words to describe how wonderful she is! I 100% recommend her to anyone who is in need of a kind, caring and knowledgeable doctor. I would give her 10 stars if I could! I would also recommend Western OB/GYN clinics as a whole to anyone who is looking - I have been to the Waconia, Chaska and Belle Plaine clinics and the staff I have interacted with at each of them have all been wonderful, genuinely caring people!

Dr Ou-Yang was a blessing! During college I had found out I have pcos and she was the most patient and understanding doctor! She was gentle during exams and explains everything that she is going to do before she does it and explains what is going/what she is looking for during the exam. She informed me of treatment options and the pros/cons of each. I, unfortunately, moved away and can only hope to find a doctor as gentle and kind as she is. The front desk staff is also very kind and patient!!

I came in today for my yearly complete physical and saw Dr. Rafael Unda Rivera, MD, he was amazing! He was very informative and kind, patient and respectful. I feel safe and cared for, and most importantly, listened to, in his care.

I recently had a baby and as a first time mom, I didn't really know what to expect. I saw Drs. Valley and Mohling, and both were compassionate, skilled, and great educators. The Chaska practice is convenient to me, and the staff are always very friendly and helpful. I delivered my baby at the Waconia hospital, and am also thankful for the wonderful staff. As weird as it seems, I'll miss the monthly/bi-weekly/weekly OB visits; I always enjoyed speaking with the doctors and am thankful for the education I received throughout pregnancy.

I cannot say enough great things about Gina Edison, FNP. She not only takes the time to listen, she truly cares about her patients. She has helped me immensely through many things and I am very grateful. She is a one of kind. Jennifer V.

Dr. Baudoin was all around amazing. She made me comfortable during and after my pregnancy. She did a phenomenal job with my second c section, and listened to my worries and concerns and resolved them quickly. I highly recommend her to anyone. Such a genuine person, and she is so honest!

So thankful for the care I received from the midwives this past year! I have been able to see Shawn Johnson for two of my pregnancies, and am so glad I did! She is a very kind, warm, skilled, intuitive listener who is committed to the providing the best care to each one of her patients! As a patient, I felt valued and that my concerns were listened to.
