To receive a complete itemized statement, please call Ridgeview’s Patient Financial Services at 952-442-8060. Leave a message with your name, the patient’s name, the patient’s birthdate and the guarantor account number. You can expect to receive the itemized statement within 10 days of your request.
Pay In Person
Pay at any of our check-in desks Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Effective Jan. 1, 2025, cash payments will only be accepted at the Arlington, Le Sueur and Waconia hospital sites. Ridgeview Clinics ― including urgent care sites ― will continue to accept debit/credit cards, checks and money orders only.

Be sure to include the detachable portion of your billing statement.
